How do I change my personal details?

You can change your account details by clicking on 'My account'. You are then able to change your name, email and your account password. You can also go into 'My address book' and you can add, change or delete saved addresses.

My order hasn't arrived

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards using Stripe including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard. We also accept payments using PayPal.

How will my item(s) be delivered?

From dispatch to delivery, it will typically take 2 to 9 working days for delivery in Australia and 10 to 15 working days for orders to New Zealand. Please note that you will not receive a tracking number.

What are your delivery charges?

The delivery charge is based on the number of items being delivered. You can check the cost before you place your order when you add your items into your shopping cart.

There is no qualifying list of hidden disabilities. If you feel that the scheme will benefit you or make you feel a little more confident when out shopping or travelling, please use it.

You can return your item to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

There is no need to provide evidence to wear a Hidden Disabilities Sunflower. It is meant to highlight that you have a hidden disability and does not entitle you to anything. It’s simply there to show that you may need assistance or just a little more time. It is not a fast-tracked pass.

We give all of our customers 14 days to return any item - even if it's not damaged. However, if it goes over 14 days, we are unable to arrange for this item to be returned to us.
